Our wide range of in-house surface processing, including pickling, blasting, and vibratory finishing, not only enhances the aesthetic qualities of our products but also significantly increases their corrosion resistance. These processes prepare the aluminium parts perfectly for further manufacturing steps.
Among the additional processes carried out by external partners are anodizing (Eloxal) and cathodic dip coating (KTL). These techniques sustainably improve the surfaces of our products by creating a hard, corrosion-resistant oxide layer and applying a uniform protective coating across the entire workpiece. Powder coating provides a durable and long-lasting surface available in various colors and textures.
