Our wide range of in-house surface processing, including pickling, blasting, and vibratory finishing, not only enhances the aesthetic qualities of our products but also significantly increases their corrosion resistance. These processes prepare the aluminium parts perfectly for further manufacturing steps.
Among the additional processes carried out by external partners are anodizing (Eloxal) and cathodic dip coating (KTL). These techniques sustainably improve the surfaces of our products by creating a hard, corrosion-resistant oxide layer and applying a uniform protective coating across the entire workpiece. Powder coating provides a durable and long-lasting surface available in various colors and textures.

Mechanical processing, such as grinding, polishing, and brushing, is used to reduce surface roughness and create a smoother surface for aluminium parts. This improves not only the aesthetics but also optimally prepares the parts for subsequent refinement steps.
Coatings like anodizing and powder coating can enhance the mechanical properties of aluminium parts by strengthening the surface and protecting it from wear. This can extend the lifespan of the parts and increase their resistance to mechanical stresses.
