Your tasks
- Leading a team in ongoing shift operations and monitoring work processes
- Adjusting, retooling and programming systems and machines
- Compliance with the production plan and quality standards
- Reporting to the production management
- Eliminate production faults or arrange for their elimination
- Monitoring occupational health and safety regulations
- Train and instruct employees
You bring with you
- Ideally vocational training in the metalworking sector, career changers are also welcome
- Reading of technical drawings and safe handling of common measuring equipment
- Knowledge of programming machining centers desirable
- Shift readiness (2/3 shift)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
